1. Introduction

Eugen Coca nr. 17, ap. 100, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms in full.

SQUARE COMPANY GROUP is a diversified services group. We provide energy consulting and trading advisory, IT and digital solutions, real estate services, tourism and hospitality services, medical equipment supply, general trading and intermediation, and legal and business support. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each engagement are described on the relevant service page or in an individual quote. Service descriptions and indicative prices are provided for information and may be updated from time to time.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 One-time payments

All payments made through this website are one-time payments for the specific service or package selected. We do not operate subscriptions, recurring billing, or trial periods. Prices are displayed in EUR, USD or MDL according to the currency you select; the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout in your chosen currency.

3.2 Payment processing — Paynet

Card payments are processed securely by Paynet Moldova. Your card details are entered on Paynet's secure payment page and are never stored on our servers. By proceeding to payment you also accept the processing of your transaction by Paynet.

3.3 Refunds

Because our services are delivered on a per-engagement basis, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery. If you believe a payment was made in error or a service was not delivered as agreed, contact us at ssquarecompanygroup@gmail.com within 14 days of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Amounts corresponding to work already performed or third-party costs already incurred may be non-refundable.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when requesting or purchasing services.
• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt the website.
• Cooperate and provide information reasonably required for us to deliver a service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Moldova.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
