1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and the services offered by Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată „SQUARE COMPANY GROUP” (“SQUARE COMPANY GROUP,” “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Moldova under IDNO 1020600015874, with its registered office at MD-2008, str. Eugen Coca nr. 17, ap. 100, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services

SQUARE COMPANY GROUP is a digital advertising agency. We provide brand strategy and identity, digital advertising campaigns, social media management, SEO and content marketing, creative production, and marketing consultation. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each engagement are described on the relevant service page or in an individual quote. Service descriptions and indicative prices are provided for information and may be updated from time to time.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 One-time payments

All payments made through this website are one-time payments for the specific service or package selected. We do not operate subscriptions, recurring billing, or trial periods. Prices are displayed in EUR, USD or MDL according to the currency you select; the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout in your chosen currency.

3.2 Payment processing — Paynet

Card payments are processed securely by Paynet Moldova. Your card details are entered on Paynet's secure payment page and are never stored on our servers. By proceeding to payment you also accept the processing of your transaction by Paynet.

3.3 Refunds

You may receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid, provided that you request cancellation in writing before we begin work on your service and within 7 days of payment; for services involving a scheduled session or a specific start date, your 100% refund request must reach us at least 36 hours before the scheduled time. Once work has commenced, amounts corresponding to work already performed and third-party costs already incurred (for example advertising spend) are non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Full eligibility criteria, non-refundable cases and processing times are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when requesting or purchasing services.
• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt the website.
• Cooperate and provide information reasonably required for us to deliver a service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the SQUARE COMPANY GROUP name and marks — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement are licensed to you as set out in the relevant quote or agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Moldova.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
