Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TR Global Holding Inc, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our educational programs, partnership opportunities, and foundation grants. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for each of our service categories.

1. Digital Courses (TR Global Academy)

1.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital course purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase
  • You must have accessed less than 20% of the total course content (measured by video watch time, module completion, or assessment attempts)
  • You have not downloaded course materials or resources (where downloading is available)
  • You have not received a certificate of completion

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:

  • More than 20% of course content has been accessed
  • The 14-day window has expired
  • Courses purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes (unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms)
  • Bundle purchases where individual course components have been accessed
  • Repeat purchases of the same course (second purchase of a previously refunded course)
  • Corporate or group enrollments (subject to separate enterprise agreements)

1.3 Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course will be immediately revoked. Any certificates, credentials, or course materials associated with the purchase will be invalidated. You may re-purchase the course at a later date at the then-current price.

1.4 Subscription Courses

For courses offered on a subscription basis:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

2. Partnership Program (TR Global Ventures)

2.1 Minimum Commitment Period

All partnership investments require a minimum commitment period of six (6) months. During this period:

  • Your capital is actively deployed in e-commerce operations
  • Early withdrawal is not permitted except in cases of documented financial hardship
  • Monthly profit distributions (if any) will continue as scheduled

2.2 Capital Return Process

After completing the minimum six-month commitment period, you may request return of your capital:

  1. Submit Written Notice:Send an email to info@inctrglobal.com with the subject line "Capital Return Request - [Your Name]" at least thirty (30) days before your desired exit date.
  2. Exit Window: You have a 30-day window each month (between the 1st and 30th) following the minimum commitment period to submit your exit request.
  3. Processing Time: Capital return requests are processed within 45-60 business days from the end of the notice period to allow for orderly liquidation of business assets.
  4. Final Settlement: Your final payment will include your remaining capital plus any accrued but undistributed profits, minus any outstanding fees or obligations.

2.3 Important Considerations

Investment Risk Disclosure

Partnership investments carry inherent risk. The amount returned may be less than your original investment if the business has incurred losses. We do not guarantee return of principal, and past performance is not indicative of future results. By participating in the partnership program, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

2.4 Hardship Withdrawal

In cases of documented financial hardship (medical emergency, job loss, etc.), you may request early withdrawal before the six-month minimum. Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require:

  • Written documentation of the hardship circumstance
  • Minimum 30 days notice
  • Approval by our management team

Approved hardship withdrawals may be subject to an early withdrawal fee of up to 10% of the invested capital to cover administrative and operational costs.

3. Foundation Grants (TR Global Foundation)

3.1 Non-Refundable Nature

Foundation grants are non-refundable and are provided as one-way support to qualifying entrepreneurs. Key points:

  • Grants are awarded based on merit and need, not as loans or investments
  • Recipients are not required to repay grant funds
  • No portion of a grant may be "returned" or "refunded"
  • Unused grant funds may be subject to reallocation at our discretion

3.2 Grant Conditions

Grant recipients agree to:

  • Use funds for the stated business purpose outlined in the application
  • Provide periodic progress reports as required
  • Participate in Foundation community activities and mentorship programs
  • Not transfer or assign grant funds to third parties

3.3 Grant Revocation

The Foundation reserves the right to revoke or reclaim grants if:

  • The recipient provided false or misleading information in their application
  • Funds are used for purposes other than those stated in the application
  • The recipient fails to comply with program requirements
  • The recipient engages in fraudulent or illegal activity

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Submission Process

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • Your full name as it appears on your account

4.3 Processing Timeline

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive:

  • An acknowledgment email within 24-48 hours confirming receipt of your request
  • A decision notification within 5-7 business days
  • If approved, refund processing within 5-10 business days (depending on your payment provider)

4.4 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • PayPal: Refund credited to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe): Refund credited within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer

If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Important Notice on Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks are costly for all parties and can result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account and all associated services
  • Permanent ban from future purchases and programs
  • Collection action for the disputed amount plus fees
  • Negative impact on your credit or payment provider standing

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  • Medical emergencies
  • Technical issues that prevented access to purchased content
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service disruptions on our end
